In this online masterclass we will explore our true being together.

First of all, it will be about the present moment, because it is all we really have. With this, an awake stillness can develop, which I call non-dual presence.

The present moment holds the opportunity for you to be fully aware and to release the to leave the unconscious imprints behind you. You are awakening into your consciousness, so to speak. Being focused on this moment means being aware of what is happening right now, mentally, emotionally, energetically, in this moment. moment, mentally, emotionally, energetically, physically and in the present situation.

You will be able to recognize that your so-called life is based on a mental construct, that has no real reality.  It is simply thoughts that form into certain patterns and beliefs that and beliefs and make you believe that this is the reality. 

An identification has formed in your mind with an "I" that is not the real you. It is a pseudo-identity. We want to win back your true self with the Heart Spirit Masterclass.
